STOREHUB Pay

Pricing — as of April 2026

Pricing tailored to your business.

We don’t publish per-card rates because every merchant’s volume profile is different. Apply once and we’ll send you a written quote in 48 hours — before you sign anything.

Why we don’t publish a rate card

A flat rate posted on a website looks transparent — but it isn’t. Every merchant has a different mix of debit, credit, and international cards, a different average ticket size, and different settlement risk. A real quote accounts for those things. A pinned number doesn’t.

We quote in writing during onboarding. You see your specific rate per card type before you sign. If our quote doesn’t beat your current acquirer, walk away — no commitment, no contract.

Posting rates publicly also lets competitors copy and undercut on a per-merchant basis without doing the work. We’d rather earn the merchant directly.

Terminal service charge

A RM 50/month terminal service charge applies in any month your card volume is below RM 5,000.

  • Waived in your first month
  • Waived in any month you clear RM 5,000 in card volume
  • Most merchants clear this easily — F&B and retail typically process well above this

Settlement (when you get paid)

  • T+2 — 2 business days after the transaction
  • Settled directly to your business bank account
  • Daily settlement (every business day)
  • One report shows all card sales reconciled with your StoreHub POS data

Source: StoreHub Pay Merchant Agreement v4. T+2 is operational; the agreement contractually allows T+1 to T+14 for future flexibility.

Chargebacks

  • Chargeback fee: RM 50–75 per chargeback (merchant liable)
  • Refunds processed through your terminal — no extra fees on refunds
  • We help you dispute chargebacks; final liability is per card scheme rules

Pricing questions

Why don’t you publish your rates?

Every merchant has a different volume profile, card mix, and ticket size. We quote a rate that fits your business — not a one-size-fits-all number. You’ll receive a written quote before you sign anything, so there’s no surprise.

How do I get a quote?

Apply through our signup form. We’ll review within 48 hours and send a written quote with your specific MDR for debit, credit, and international cards.

Are there any monthly fees on the platform?

No platform fees. No annual maintenance. No PCI compliance fees. The only recurring charge is a RM 50/month terminal service charge — and that’s waived in any month your card volume clears RM 5,000 (most merchants do).

Do you charge for refunds?

No. We don’t charge on refunds. (We also don’t refund the original processing fee — that’s industry standard.)

What about chargebacks?

A chargeback fee of RM 50–75 applies per chargeback (merchant liable). We help you dispute them; final liability follows the card scheme rules.

When do I get paid?

Settlement is T+2 — 2 business days after the transaction — for low-risk merchants. Settled directly to your business bank account, every business day.

Is GST/SST applicable?

SST treatment depends on regulatory classification — being assessed as of Q2 2026. Your invoice will be clear about this. Speak to your accountant.
