What is StoreHub Pay?
A card payment acceptance solution built for StoreHub POS merchants. Accept Visa, Mastercard, and local debit cards through your POS — no separate terminal account needed.
How long does approval take?
Most merchants are approved within 48 hours.
When do I get paid?
Settlement is T+2 — 2 business days after the transaction.
What documents do I need?
MyKad (owner’s IC), SSM business registration, and bank account details for settlement.
What terminal do I use?
The Adyen AMS1 terminal, integrated with your StoreHub POS.
Are there any monthly fees?
No monthly fees on the platform. You only pay a per-transaction processing fee, which is tailored to your business and discussed during onboarding. A RM 50/month terminal service charge applies if monthly card volume falls below RM 5,000.
Why aren’t your rates published?
Every merchant has a different volume and card-mix profile, so we quote a rate that fits your business — not a one-size-fits-all number. Apply or book a call and we’ll send you a written quote before you sign anything.
Can I keep my current payment provider?
